Ok so this one needs zero introduction because it was so good that I forgot to click a pic ! It is also so good that I can’t resist myself from posting this even though I don’t have a pic ! Now you know its really really really tasty and healthy too !
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana (preferably robusta)
- 1 cup chilled orange juice
- 2 cups chilled milk
- Honey to taste
- Icecubes
Method
If you have the patience, cut a banana into small chunks and put it into the freezer overnight or more till it becomes frozen solid. Throw in all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. Thats it ! Enjoy your sweet, creamy and tangy smoothie 🙂
Ok in case you don’t have the patience to wait till your bananas have frozen, you can also put the banana pieces in the freezer till they are well chilled too. It’ll be a little less creamy but would still taste awesome !
